Account data: When you sign up, we collect your email address, company name, and password (stored as a secure hash). We never store your password in plain text.
Billing data: Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers. We retain transaction records (amount, date, plan) for accounting purposes.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including videos uploaded, storage consumed, bandwidth used, and feature interactions.
Analytics data: We collect aggregated video view statistics including view counts, geographic data (country-level), and device type. This data is associated with your tenant account.
Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, and request logs are retained for security and debugging purposes for up to 30 days.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Helsinki). Video content is stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure with global CDN delivery. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for stored content where applicable.
We implement access controls, regular backups, and security monitoring to protect your data.
