We offer a pro-rata refund if you cancel your paid subscription within 14 days of your most recent charge. Refund requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible.
The Starter plan is free for 14 days and requires no credit card. There is nothing to refund for free trial accounts. After the trial expires, your account is restricted until you upgrade to a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions are charged immediately upon signup and renew monthly. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your most recent payment.
The refund amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis — meaning you will be refunded for the unused portion of your billing period at the time of cancellation.
Example: If you are on the Pro plan (€29/month) and cancel after 7 days, you will receive a refund of approximately €14.50 (representing the remaining 14 days of the billing period).

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period regardless of whether a refund is requested.
