By accessing or using Videsys Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paying subscribers.
Videsys provides a cloud-based video hosting and streaming platform with features including video upload, transcoding, DRM protection, embeddable player, analytics, and team management. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at studio@videsys.com.
Videsys offers the following plans:
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Videsys. By uploading content, you grant Videsys a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
Each plan includes defined storage and bandwidth limits. If you exceed your plan limits, we will notify you and may restrict uploads or delivery until you upgrade or reduce usage.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
The Videsys platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Videsys. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your content will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videsys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ariana, Tunisia.
